INFO Session about the Mindfulness Meditation Course in November (Zoom: 60 Minutes)
This is a FREE info session about the Mindfulness Meditation Course (on Zoom) offered for November. This course will run on each Sunday in November for 1.5 hours. The course will cover the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, which introduces you to the basic principles of mindful meditation practice, as taught at Buddhist Vipassana meditation retreats. The material is accessible for everybody and simple to follow and practice.
In this session I will give you an outline of the 4 Week course, followed by a short guided meditation and a Q & A.
