In the 1:1 Coaching Inner Self Coaching Session, I act as your mirror, helping to reflect back to you what I understand about your relationship with yourself. My coaching is grounded in my twin practices of meditation and yoga, and in my work as a mindfulness facilitator. I also draw on my own inner journey over the past 20 years. In these sessions I encourage you to have a clear goal (what would you like to discover from the session) so that this can orientate our discussion.
I have a couple of questions in my intake form I ask you to answer as part of the booking process for this session.
This is a 50 minute session offered on Zoom.
