Join us for an intimate Radiance Retreat in beautiful north coast Bali, this November. This is a women’s only retreat, with the intention being to hold a sacred space for women who want to focus on radiating their soul’s essence through yoga, meditation and creativity practices.

This retreat is designed to bring your radiance out from the inside – out. Through our daily practices of meditation, yoga and different creative activities each day, we will together connect with our inner radiance, supported by the magical island of Bali. This retreat is held in North Bali, which is a quiet oasis, far from the rowdy party scene of Kuta and Legian, or the boho surfer mecca of Canggu.

The schedule for this retreat is designed so that there is plenty of time each day for connecting with yourself, for reading, swimming at the stunning black sand beach, or exploring the village.

The food for this program is designed to support your radiance on every level, and is all carefully prepared vegetarian food. Breakfast and lunch are included in the price, and if you would like dinner as well, you can order it from the menu at Bali Sandat, or you can get some tasty nasi goring in the village.

Monday 14th Arrival Day 1

  • 10am – 1pm: Arrive at Bali Sandat and check in
  • 2pm: Late lunch
  • 4pm – 5pm: Intro of the program and introducing ourselves
  • 7pm: Dinner from the Bali Sandat menu if you like
  • 8pm – 9pm: Relaxing Yin Yoga Session
  • 9pm: Tea and bedtime.

Tuesday 15th Day 2

  • 7:00 am: Get up
  • 7:30 – 8 am: Morning Meditation
  • 8 am – 9.30 am: Slow Flow Radiance Hatha Yoga
  • 10 am: Fabulicious Fruity Breakfast
  • 11 am: Creative Circle
  • 1 pm: Luscious Vegetarian Lunch followed by relaxation time
  • 8pm – 8:30 pm: Meditation with crystal bowls
  • 9pm: Tea and Bedtime

Wednesday 16th Day 3

The food at this retreat will be health vegetarian Indonesian style food prepared by the Bali Sandat resident chef, Kadek.

 

About your Facilitator: Michelle Taffe

 

Michelle is an Australian born yoga and meditation teacher who lived in Spain from 2000 – 2011 before returning in 2011 to live between Australia and Bali. She qualified as a meditation and yoga teacher in 2018, but has a regular practice in both these modalities since 2005. Since 2018, she has hosted a number of ‘Radical Self Love’ Retreats in Australia and Bali, as well as some ‘Inner Freedom’ silent meditation retreats. Akasha is also a facilitator of Vipassana silent meditation retreats, and has assisted at a number of 10 Days retreat at Buddhist monasteries Suan Mokkh and Wat Kow Tham in southern Thailand. Passionate about Self Love, Self Realisation and everything to do with spirit work, she calls herself a ‘soul alchemist’ and has a calling to elevate and uplift others by helping them alchemise their pain / suffering into gold. Akasha is also an artist and a musician with her first album released in 2021, and loves to help people use art as a doorway to accessing the mystical realms of the inner self. Akasha Love (Space for Love) is the spirit name that she downloaded in Bali in 2020.

Akasha is very passionate about supporting women in being all that they came to be, in letting go of people pleasing, in owning their badass boundaries, and in calling in wonderful and nourishing connections and relationships.

About your co-host, Jenny (owner of the retreat house in Lorne).

Jenny has been to one of Akasha’s ‘Radical Self Love’ retreats in Bondalem, North Bali and they have been in touch since then. Jenny is a radiant soul full of positive energy and has generously offered her house as the location for this very special retreat. Jenny’s house is on the hill at Lorne and has a beautiful view of the sea from her deck where we will do our yoga sessions.

There are only very limited spots available on this retreat – it will be an intimate event for 5 people.
