Hero’s Journey Journalling Workshop

A Hero’s Journey Writing Workshop (on Zoom)

SATURDAY MARCH 4th | 9am – 12 pm Europe Central Time | Limited Spaces

Are you ready to dance with your shadows and re-wire your patterns using just yourself, your mind and a pen and paper?

The story you tell to yourself, about yourself, really matters. And when you learn to tell your story in the way that works for you, it will empower your future.

Just ask Mark Twain.

“There are some books that refuse to be written. They stand their ground year after year and will not be persuaded. It isn’t because the book is not there and worth being written — it is only because the right form of the story does not present itself. There is only one right form for a story and if you fail to find that form the story will not tell itself.”

~ Mark Twain (aka Samuel Langhome Clemens) American Author and avid traveller.

“The self love classes caused me to really dig deep and be honest with myself. Hold my head up high and live life to the fullest.  Create the life for myself that I deserve.”

“Michelle is passionate and committed to her belief in yoga and self-love.  She is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive.”

What have you learned so far from your life’s narrative?

How does your inner story of youmatch up with the outer one?

Do you feel like the protagonist in the movie of your life, or more like a side character?

How would it feel to move fully into the driver’s (scriptwriter’s) seat in the docu-drama of your life and script your next episode with you as a real life action hero / beautiful and magical faery queen / global yogi lioness heart [insert your favourite childhood hero here].

This wokshop will teach you how to do this.***

*** Disclaimer: Whether your protagonist then follows script or method acts as they go along is up to you.
****Limitation of Liability: If life excitement level post-workshop ramps heart-rate up to unhealthy levels, your facilitator is not responsible for any subsequent hospital admissions.

Michelle aka ‘Akasha Love’ is a passionate artist: writer, painter and musician, meditation teacher and global yogi.

Dedicated to making her dreams come true from an early age, she knows that the story you tell yourself really matters. An artist of life, having lived as a free spirit, ‘floating the world’ (as her grandmother once said) since she 26, she released her first album, the Youniverse in 2021. She hopes to continue to create the art of her life and inspire others to do the same for many years to come.

Currently working on a book of poems about her own Heroine’s Journey, Michelle is a life long journaller who’s been using writing as a way to work out her ‘stuff’, alchemise her pain (she’s been known to write affirmations for hours during an intense belief upgrade session) and scriptwrite her future.

2022 was her best year ever, where she toured Europe singing her songs, taught yoga in Ibiza and Bulgaria, climbed mountains solo in Macedonia grew a new and loving relationship with a beautiful man. This was all the result of writing her dreams into reality.

I look forward to meeting you on this exciting journey into the heart of YOU!

“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure.”
